Step into your weekend feeling grounded and renewed. Led by Cathy, a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and sound healer who brings her Los Angeles training to the Triangle.

Trained by Kumi Yogini at the beloved Veda Yoga Center in Culver City, Cathy has been guiding students through Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Sculpt, and Restorative Yoga since 2021 — and continues to teach there whenever she's back in town. She expanded her practice with a sound healing certification, creating a truly immersive experience that bridges movement and deep rest.

The event begins with a fluid, all-levels Vinyasa flow to help you move, release the week, and reconnect to your breath. We'll then settle into a restorative sound bath, where calming frequencies create space for deep rest and inner balance.
