A somatic experiencing vinyasa flow and energetic healing experience
Join me for a 2.5-hour in-person experience designed to help you release tension, reconnect deeply, and bring your nervous system into balance and grounding.
We’ll begin with a slow to medium-paced, breath-led vinyasa flow that invites you to tune into your body’s internal cues and move intuitively. This somatic experiencing-based practice is accessible to all levels and emphasizes sensation over structure—offering space to explore what your body needs in each moment.
After movement, you’ll be guided into an extended restorative savasana, where Reiki and cosmic energy healing will be offered. A sound journey will support this integration, helping you drop deeper into the subconscious, balance your energy, and ground fully into the clarity beneath the release.
This is more than a class. It’s a deeply healing and balancing space to soften, reconnect, and return to yourself—body, breath, and energy.
