Join us for a special evening to honor the Fall Equinox—a time of balance, transition, and grounding.
We’ll begin with 45 minutes of energizing vinyasa led by Lara Donnelly, followed by 45 minutes of deep yin with Lauren Vogel. We’ll close with an extended savasana and sound bowl meditation by Jonathan Kirkland to guide you into stillness and reflection.
After practice, hang out and have a glass of wine or kombucha (included!) and enjoy pop-up massages and essential oil giveaways!
