Fall Magic! Yoga + Wine + Friends = Good Vibes! Early Bird Price: $16
Join us to celebrate the arrival of Fall!
We’ll start with 30 minutes of vinyasa with Lara Donnelly, and close with 30 minutes of deep yin with Lauren Vogel.
We’ll wrap with an extended savasana and sound bowl meditation by Jonathan Kirkland to guide you deep relaxation.
After practice, hang out and have a glass of wine or kombucha (included!) and enjoy pop-up massages and essential oil giveaways!
