Step onto your mat and explore how your body and mind work together to face challenges. This workshop includes a physically demanding vinyasa flow designed to test your limits and highlight the role your mindset plays in overcoming obstacles.Through thoughtful movement, strength-focused sequences, and moments of reflection, you'll begin to notice how the stories we tell ourselves shape our ability to rise to challenges. This class is an invitation to move with intention, build resilience, and discover what you're truly capable of—both in your practice and beyond.
A minimum of 6 month Vinyasa practice is recommended.

About Stine:
With 15 years of teaching experience and certifications in a variety of yoga styles, I’ve come to see yoga as a lifelong companion—something that’s supported me through life’s ups and downs and kept me endlessly curious. That curiosity has shaped how I teach, especially when it comes to creative sequencing.
I love designing classes that encourage you to explore new patterns and movements, sparking those moments of surprise and connection on the mat. My goal is to create an atmosphere where you feel challenged in the best way, have fun along the way, and discover something new to take with you into everyday life.
I truly look forward to meeting you and guiding you through this experience—it’s always a joy to share this practice and see where it can take us.
