Join us for a beginner yoga session on the native Thunder Turf lawn at The Ditch Water Discovery Center.
This session is ideal for adults and children ages 4 and up.
*Please note that all children must be accompanied by an adult.
*Participants are required to complete a waiver before the event begins.
*Equipment Needed: Yoga Mat or Heavy Towel + Water Bottle

Christy Hughes, RYT-200 and owner of The Rooted Soul Yoga + Wellness has practiced yoga for over ten years and began teaching in 2023.
Specializing in Beginner and Slow Flow Yoga, Christy skillfully modifies poses to accommodate participants of all ages, ensuring a welcoming experience for everyone, regardless of their yoga background.
