We love bringing people together to learn, move, create and build meaningful connections!
On November 17th we will participate in a 45 min hot yoga flow, followed by an informative chat by Naturopathic Doctor Kristin Spark focusing on immunity, along with refreshments and mingling.
The proceeds of these ticket sales will be going to Marillac Place, which is a beautiful home that supports new mothers and mothers-to-be in a safe environment.
