My professional and personal goals for the foreseeable future are to see my family and the community that I love thrive. The "Abundant Trinidad Project," consisting of monthly yoga classes and the blog https://abundanttrinidad.blogspot.com/ is how I plan to anchor the energy of this goal into the physical plane. Join me Sunday February 9th at Hot Yoga on Main from 6:00pm-7:30pm. Thank you all for your time and continued support! All proceeds for this series will be given to local non-profits.
