Flow for Families - yoga with Nicole

Hello, MBF PR FAM!

Following on from our previous email regarding the Holiday Yoga class, we have gathered votes and you have by majority vote chosen this upcoming Saturday!!

This time the yoga practice will be more restorative in nature (gentler flow and pace to allow for a more grounding and meditative practice that promotes balance and wellness from the inside out). This class is suitable for all experience levels ☺️

We have chosen to donate ALL ticket sales to Interface Children and Family Services. Pls see below link to read up more on Interface Children & Family Services :

In addition to donating ALL proceeds to ICFS, we will also have a collection box to collect gently used or new toys for children who may be without the loving consideration of a Christmas gift this year.

Event Date: Saturday, 12/21 from 1130am-1230pm. Arrival starting from 1120am

Cost: The suggested minimum donation is $5 if you will be donating a new or gently used toy. The suggested minimum donation is $10 without a toy. The toy's value does not have to be pricey - whatever you can spare is GREATLY appreciated!

What to bring: we will have water bottles available and a few blocks for those who may need support (for balance/control). We suggest bringing a small blanket - we arent a full-fledge yoga studio so a small blanket will work as a booster if you need that. If you are unsure, reach out to us with ANY questions by texting the studio at 213-992-9387!

Who can attend: MBF Members and 1 guest; prospects who wish to sign up and join our community

We are taking payment by zelle so as to allow us to send the entire funds to ICFS free of processing and other fees. PLS INCLUDE YOUR NAME AS REFERENCE FOR PAYMENT. Pls only pay once you have signed up.

Final thought - we know that the date/time may not work for some of you. We know that yoga may not be your thing;) If you still wish to donate even without attending, we welcome donations of any value or even toy drop-offs in studio.
