Sunday mornings are made for slowing down—before picking up momentum.

Join us on Sunday, July 26 from 9:00–10:00 AM for a complimentary All-Levels Flow Yoga Class led by Ande Niedzwiecki. Together, we'll move through a breath-led practice designed to build strength, create balance, and help you reconnect with yourself before the week ahead.

Whether you're stepping onto your mat for the first time or have an established yoga practice, this welcoming flow is designed to meet you where you are. Expect intentional movement, mindful breathing, and an energizing experience that leaves you feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready for whatever comes next.

Please arrive a few minutes early and come prepared to move. Guests are should bring their own yoga mat, water bottle, and anything else they need to feel comfortable throughout class.

As a thank you for being part of our community, attendees are invited to stay for an exclusive and unique, closed-door shopping experience from 10:00–11:00 AM, before the store opens to the public at 11:00 AM.
