Our small class sizes allow us to cater to all levels and abilities, with tailored adaptations for injuries where required. There's no expectation to stand, though many participants experience their first time standing on a paddle board with our Mega SUPs – even if just for a moment, as a personal goal.
Each person progresses at their own pace, developing their own ‘Personal Flow Sequence’ to carry through the week. This practice offers a chance to slow down, focus inward, and notice the positive changes in your mind and body as you carve out time for yourself.
