Flow & Stillness: A Yoga Journey

This workshop invites you to explore the complementary energies of yin and yang through a thoughtfully curated yoga journey. We will begin with a dynamic vinyasa flow led by Ignacio Gajardo (@yogaignacio), awakening the body through breath-centered movement, strength, and mindful challenge. As the practice unfolds, we'll gradually shift into the quieter qualities of yin through longer-held postures and guided meditation led by Rachel Loren Abraham (@rachellorenabraham), creating space for reflection, nervous system regulation, and deep rest.

Following practice, we'll gather over refreshments to connect, reflect, and build community. 🙂


This workshop is designed to support:
  • Greater balance between activity and rest
  • Increased body awareness and presence
  • Stress reduction and nervous system regulation
  • Meaningful connection with community
  • A deeper appreciation for the interplay of effort and surrender

All levels are welcome. Modifications and options will be offered throughout the practices.


Instructor bios:

Ignacio Gajardo is a yoga instructor and meditation practitioner with over ten years of experience. Formed in India and Bali, his teaching blends organic movement, precise asana work, and an integral, breath‑centered approach. After teaching in several countries, he now shares his practice in Lyon, France, offering Vinyasa, Power Flow, Hatha, and Yin Yoga. His classes are known for being fluid, deep, and grounding, weaving together movement, pranayama, and mindful presence.

Rachel Loren Abraham is a coach, facilitator, and teacher dedicated to helping people live well. Based in Atlanta, she holds her RYT-200 with extensive training in Yin Yoga. She also teaches mindfulness meditation, with her training rooted in the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) framework. She shares these practices virtually and in person through a broad range of settings, including yoga studios, outpatient clinics, community centers, universities, and corporations.
