The Sound Bath, where sound frequencies wash over you, aligning your body’s energy, promoting relaxation and restoring balance.

What to Expect:

• Settle in with a relaxing cup of herbal tea.

• Yin Yoga: We'll begin with a gentle practice designed to help you stretch connective tissue around the joints, promote relaxation, and prepare your mind for meditation.

• Sound Bath: Following our yoga practice we'll immerse ourselves in the transformative sounds of crystal singing bowls and other percussion instruments. Sound healing is a practice that promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, improves mood, and is known to heal the body at a cellular level through unique tones and frequencies.
