Flow & Create is a mindful yoga, art, and nature experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and enjoy creativity as a form of self-care. Set on the peaceful grounds of Ren & Kate Farm, this workshop invites you to move, breathe, and create while surrounded by open skies, fresh air, and the gentle presence of farm life.We’ll begin with gentle, beginner-friendly vinyasa yoga and guided meditation on a covered outdoor platform. The movement practice is slow and intentional, bringing attention to breath and body while allowing space to settle into the moment. From there, we’ll transition to the farm’s art studio for an instructor-guided, intuitive art experience, focusing on process over perfection. No yoga or art experience is required, and all art supplies are provided and included.
This is an intimate, small-group experience designed to foster presence, reflection, and connection with yourself, with others, and with nature.
What to Expect
Outdoor yoga on a covered (but not enclosed) platform
Short walk between yoga space and art studio
Uneven ground in outdoor areas
A relaxed farm environment -chickens and goats may be nearby
What to Bring
Yoga mat
Water bottle (refill water will be available)
Comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor movement
