Flow and Relax

Welcome to Gentle Yoga with Audrey!

Join us every Thursday from 10:30 am to 11:30 am at the Palm Bay Recreation/Tony Rosa Community Center, located at 1502 Port Malabar Blvd. NE, Palm Bay, FL 32905.

This class is designed to help you find rejuvenation and tranquility through gentle yoga practices. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class welcomes all levels. Enjoy a guided practice focusing on breath, movement, and relaxation in a supportive community setting.

Walk-ins are welcome! The class is just $8, and all ages and experience levels are encouraged to attend.
