FLOW and FIIT at the Doral Yard

This special event features two signature classes back-to-back, giving you the chance to experience both mindful movement and high-energy training in one night.

We’ll begin with FIIT, a high-energy workout that blends strength training, cardio intervals, and functional movements for a full-body burn. With upbeat music and motivating energy, this class combines cardio, plyometrics, and strength using weights and bands to challenge your body and push past your limits in just 45 minutes.

After FIIT, stay for FLOW, a vinyasa-inspired yoga class designed to help you stretch, reset, and move through a mindful sequence that connects breath with movement. This class builds flexibility, improves balance, and leaves you feeling grounded and refreshed. With pose variations available, it’s accessible for all levels while still offering the option to turn up the intensity.
