The Sensorial Experience: it is time to invest time to recovery. I invite you to join us for a Sensorial and Breath Work Experience accompanied by a relaxing Yoga session. This 90 minutes experience is designed to help you detach for any stress accumulated this year both mental and physical bringing full relaxation to your mind and body.

The Brunch: seriously folks DAR is my FAVOURITE restaurant in Zurich. Their food is incredible. So I am delighted to help you discover this unique place. This is a brunch different to others.

The Venue: we will have an intimate space only few spots and we will practice in a beautifully decorated Moroccan room.

Payment: You can finish payment via Bank transfer. Only after transfer your spot is guaranteed. Free cancellation up to 2 days before the event.
