And through 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐊𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧™, we will talk about how to feed your feelings the right way, because sometimes your mood is not just your mindset. Sometimes your brain chemistry needs support.
