Ayurveda shows us how to live simply and beautifully, in harmony with nature’s rhythm.
These workshops are intimate educational and inspiring gatherings held in my home sanctuary. We delve into specific themes and explore what sparks your interest.
Learn to recognise signs of imbalance and discover how to return to your true self through nourishing foods, rejuvenating tips, natural remedies, Ayurvedic treatments, and intuitive energy practices—all intended to support your inner and outer well-being.
Skin and Natural Remedies ~ Graceful Aging
The skin is our largest organ and Ayurveda asks us to be mindful about what we put on it. One of the main guidelines is "If you won't put it in your mouth, don't put it on your skin." I will share Ayurvedic tips on how to maintain healthy and glowing skin (note: it is mainly an inside job!), as well as natural cleansers, moisturisers, and masks that you will have an opportunity to make, sample and take home with you.
Autumnal Reset
Understand seasonal shifts and how you can support yourself by making a transition within your own body, mind and life. Let's demystify words like detox, cleanse, and fasting. You will get a handout of recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to guide your own 3-day Seasonal Reset along with helpful tips to support you throughout the process.
Drinks, ginger appetisers, and a delicious organic tridoshic meal (vegetarian) to support your digestive fire will be served on the day. Allowing some quiet time to pause, reflect and simply be in a state of ‘being’ rather than constantly doing.
In this time together we will focus on PRACTICALITY. You will be able to apply some of the principles right away. All are supported by handouts and opportunities for sharing, discussion, questions and togetherness.
Limited availability to 5 women, as these offerings will be held at my home space (Norwich).

"I absolutely loved the Saturday morning 'Skin' workshop. Thank you for inviting us into your beautiful home and garden. It was such a perfect environment to experience what felt like the ultimate nourishment for the outside and inside of our bodies!
