Please join us for the Opening Exhibition of 'Floral Dreams' on Thursday January 15, from 5 - 7pm. Featuring six local artists working in a variety of mediums: Ursula Young, Stephanie Sobierski, Mira Clark, Annette Wolters, Betsy Lombard and Jennifer Rain CrosbyThere is a quiet irony in hosting a floral art show during winter, when the world outside is stripped of color and growth seems paused. While bare trees dominate the landscape, the gallery blooms with painted petals and sculpted stems, reminding viewers of warmth they cannot yet feel. The flowers feel both comforting and teasing—symbols of life and renewal displayed at a time defined by stillness. This contrast makes the art more powerful, turning the gallery into a refuge where spring exists ahead of schedule, like a dream.
