Michelle Rech is the creative force behind Electric Flora, a floral design studio known for bold, sculptural arrangements that blend art and nature in unforgettable ways. With over 10 years of experience in the floral industry, Michelle continues to work as a full-time floral designer, bringing her distinct, edgy aesthetic to events, installations, and creative collaborations.

In addition to her design work, Michelle is passionate about building a welcoming, inspired floral community. Through hands-on classes and workshops, she creates space for both seasoned florists and curious beginners to come together, explore their creativity, and learn in a supportive, no-rules environment. Her mission? To make floral design feel approachable, expressive, and—above all—fun.
