FLOORWORK WITH GUSHY

OCT 27, NOV 3, NOV 10 FROM 8:30-9:30PM

Getting sexy completely on the floor to slower seductive music. We’ll be focusing on strength, power, seduction and transitions. In class we will stretch and learn floorwork choreography, different song every week listed in the class title.

ALL LEVELS WELCOME- alternative trick moves will be given for however your body is feeling that day.

Kneepads recommended

Wear Pleasers for clacking or any heels or socks
Heels caps MUST be worn by all those wearing heels. If you do not already own a pair of heel caps, I will have 3 pairs to lend per class and the studio has multiple sizes for sale at the front desk for $5/pair+HST. I

Please arrive at the studio early, Class will start right at 8:30pm and will need to end class right at 9:30pm.

We are guests at Run The Flex Studio, let's treat the studio with love, care and respect so we are happily welcomed back.

The studio is located on the second floor of 893 Yonge Street.
