This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to add some dynamic moves and transitions to their burlesque routines or just to have a fun and empowering experience.

Kneepads are absolutely essential and this workshop can be taken with stripper heels, regular heels (with straps!) or barefoot. Options and regressions will be given for different experience levels!
