Come and join me for a relaxing Floating Yoga Nidra session that will allow you to relax and restore both body and mind. Floating Nidra takes place in the amazing hammocks at the Yoga Barn.
Yoga Nidra is often referred to as yogic sleep. In this super supported position in your hammock you are guided into a deep state of relaxation with a heightened sense of awareness. It offers a way of accessing your unconscious mind in a way that is very calming.
