Experience one full hour of continuous sound from the Deep Earth Gong. This powerful instrument produces low resonant vibrations that can be felt throughout the entire body.
The deep frequencies help calm the nervous system, shift brainwaves into a meditative state, and may support the release of physical and emotional tension. Many participants report feeling grounded, centered, and deeply relaxed.
No other instruments are played in this session. Just the steady immersive tones of the gong guiding you into a state of inner stillness and balance.

🔹 No phone use, talking, or texting once the session begins.
🔹 Please do not perform yoga poses or stretches during the sound portion.
🔹 Understand that this is a public class – occasional snoring or natural sounds may occur.
