The latest in our floating soundbath dates is now available to book. This time it’s a Saturday! 14th March 3:15pm for a 3:30pm start at Magna Vitae Skegness.
Join us to floating on a double air mattress with a cosy blanket & pillow, allowing the sounds of the gong, bowls and chimes to dance across the water, through the air to surround you in deep relaxation, calm and rest.

Please note that there are medical conditions unsuitable for soundbaths and you’ll need to be able to get on and off the beds but we also have a hoist if required. Please message to let us know in advance.
You don’t get in the pool, but will need to remove shoes and socks and feet may get a little wet on the floor area.
Unsuitable for the following medical conditions;
deep vein thrombosis in the leg or known thrombi.
open wounds.
acute inflammations and tumours.
pacemaker or defibrillator.
Any metallic implant.�post surgery before the sutures have been removed and the scar is not fully healed and closed.
carotid atherosclerosis.
carotid stenosis (prior to application in the area of the carotid artery/larynx)
cardiac pacemakers, artificial heart valves, or cardiac arrhythmias
a stent
a shunt
deep brain stimulation device (DBS)
epilepsy
Pregnant
Screws in the body or artificial joints
inflamed joints and veins
Whiplash
Mental health conditions other than generalised anxiety or depression
