St Donat’s Castle is one of them.
Join us inside the stone halls of UWC Atlantic College, set within the historic St Donat’s Castle, for a deeply immersive soundbath designed to help your body slow down, not switch off.
This isn’t about chasing a feeling. It’s about creating the conditions where your nervous system can settle naturally. The acoustics of the castle allow sound to wrap and linger, waves reflecting and overlapping through stone and air. From a physics point of view, this creates gentle entrainment. From a biological point of view, breath steadies, heart rate softens, muscles let go.
The session weaves together gongs, handpan and voice, played slowly and intentionally. Vibrations are felt through chest, belly and connective tissue, supporting somatic release without pushing or overstimulation. You don’t need to meditate, visualise, or do anything at all. Just lie back and listen.
