Hello fellow seekers of peace and relaxation! Join us for a morning of sun salutation and sound healing while floating away in a pool lounger (provided). The experience of sound combined with the frequency of water will soothe your mind and body. Immerse yourself in the calming vibrations of our hand crafted Tibetan singing bowls designed to restore and rebalance your energy. Studies show that singing bowls activate brain waves that synchronize with the vibrational frequencies of the rhythm. This rhythm facilitates meditation, relaxation and is theorized to realign the body's cells to vibrate harmoniously and calm the nervous system. This in-person event offers a safe space for you to unwind, release stress, and find inner harmony.

Come immerse yourself in a tranquil atmosphere, let go of tension, and allow the sounds to guide you into a state of deep relaxation. The meditation itself typically lasts anywhere from 25-30 minutes. Please plan on an hour of your time to prepare, experience the meditation and departure.
