Join Blue Fern Wellness for a unique Floating Sound Bath, where the gentle support of water enhances the deeply calming effects of sound healing.

⏰ Time: 2:30 PM – 3:30PM (access to building from 2:20PM)

📍 Location: The Royal School (Hilda Hayward Swimming Pool) Wolverhampton

(There is also an option to attend the sound bath poolside where you will not be on the water)

⭐️Double beds used on water for extra comfort and stability

⭐️No need to get wet or enter the water (unless you would like to take a dip at the end of the session)

✨ What to Expect ✨

Experience the soothing sounds of crystal and metal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sound therapy instruments while floating on double-sized airbeds for extra stability. The combination of sound and gentle water movement creates a deeply meditative state, helping to release tension, ease stress, and restore balance.

No prior experience is needed—just come and allow yourself to float, listen, and let go.

Blankets and eye masks will be provided for your session
