We invite you to join us in a realm of blissful tranquillity, at our Floating Sound Bath Meditation Experience, where you will receive Sound Therapy and Reiki Healing while floating on water.
As you float effortlessly on the waters surface you will be surrounded by a serene oasis of healing sounds. The gentle lapping of water against your float creates a rhythm that syncs with the soothing sounds emanating from the surrounding instruments.
Floats will be provided. You are welcome to wear normal comfy clothes or swim wear. You will be helped on and off your float. Please bring a towel.

Sound baths, reiki and meditation are great for reducing stress / anxiety, improving sleep, they can help reduce physical pain, can deepen relaxation experience, improve mood, increase clarity and focus.
A floating sound bath takes this a step further...
As water is a natural conductor of sound it allows the vibrations to travel more efficiently through it than through air. This unique property amplifies the effects of sound healing.
For safety reasons we stipulate that you must be able to swim if you attend this session.
Please arrive 10 minutes before start time to allow time to get into the pool etc.
The price is £35 per person with a non refundable deposit of £15.
