Floating Sound Bath

Come float away with us for this special afternoon sound journey. You’ll be gently held and suspended just above the earth, cocooned in the aerial silks, while the gentle but profound vibrations and frequencies from crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, flutes, drums, rattles and more. Come experience the power of sound for self care and personal relaxation and healing. Canella Mullins will guide us into this sacred space where all are held, all are supported, all are safe, and all are welcome Tom Buske from Anahata Sound Healing will provide the sounds and vibrations. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, eye mask, or other things for your own comfort. Bolsters, blankets, and some mats are available at the studio.
