Imagine being gently cradled by an inflatable mattress on a heated indoor pool as the soothing vibrations of gongs, and other fabulous instruments, wash over you.

7.30pm arrival for a 7.45pm start
The sound bath will last around an hour, then, after getting out of the pool, and getting changed if you need to, we'll go and enjoy a hot drink together.
Finish time is 9.30pm
Inflatable mattress and pillow provided
All you need to bring is -
Swimwear (shorts/leggings and a T-shirt), a clean blanket and an eye mask (if you fancy), a towel, a change of clothes, a drink of water, and any bolsters or cushions if you need your legs elevating or more support anywhere.
I'm not necessarily planning on you getting wet, however, you are in a swimming pool, so precautions are wise!

Contraindications for this type of therapeutic modality are:
Being in the 1st 12 weeks of pregnancy,
Sound sensitive epilepsy,
Deep vein thrombosis,
Post surgery, before sutures have been removed and wound is fully closed,
