Join us for a unique relaxation practice that combines the weightless comfort of floating in water with the deeply calming vibrations of sound, from instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. Participants float on an air mattress while being guided into a deeply relaxed, meditative state, promoting stress reduction, physical relaxation, and a sense of harmony. And don’t worry—guests stay fully dry the entire time, snuggled up in cozy blankets.
Guests may also choose to relax on a stationary chaise lounge surrounded by heat lamps, rather than floating. Guests are invited to stay after for tea, community and conversation.
