As you float in the pool, the water supports your body while the soothing tones of crystal + Tibetan bowls, chimes, Gongs and other instruments surround you in vibration.
Together, floating and sound create a deeply restorative experience that invites peace, ease, and balance.
How to Prepare:
•Wear clothes you don’t mind getting wet (light swimwear or comfortable attire)
•Bring your own float (pool noodle, inflatable device) - Or we have floats for an additional fee
•Don’t forget a towel & drinking water
