📌 Due to the restrictions of our booking page, the times are listed as 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM. However, to allow for room reset and attendee transitions, the second session will actually begin at 6:45 PM and end at 7:45 PM.
"In this immersive workshop, you’ll unwind in one of our Aerial Hammocks while being surrounded by the soothing vibrations of a live sound bath. Using instruments like singing bowls, chimes, and gongs, the practitioner creates a meditative soundscape that promotes relaxation and harmony.
As the gentle tones and vibrations flow through you, they help calm the nervous system, release tension, and invite a deep sense of inner peace.
