The sound bowls will activate all seven chakras in your body. This is a form of somatic therapy. It will help you release old, stagnant energy. Invite in the infused reiki energy. A cleansing ritual that will heal your nervous system. Set intention with water, a powerful element & link to source. Mind, body & soul - holistic therapy.

Marriott Hotel Holyrood Venue:

Please arrive around 8.15pm. If you show up early, we will not be able to take you. The pool is in use for hotel guests prior to the event.

Swimwear is recommended, the pool area is very warm. There are changing rooms at the venue. Bring a water bottle for afterwards and a towel. Eye masks & blankets are provided, bring your own if you prefer. There is free street parking after 6pm in Edinburgh.

OPTIONAL: Prior to joining you could reflect/journal. Decide on some things you want to release and heal from. Set an intention for your meditation; anything you want to manifest?

There are no cancellations. A reserved space helps cover hotel & staff costs. If you can no longer make it, you can offer your ticket to a friend/family member & let me know the name change. It is best to avoid sound healing during pregnancy.
