🌀 FLOATRelax atop still waters under the open sky, floating on a mat or floatation cushion as healing sound waves ripple through your body and soul. Let the water hold you as the tones carry you into deep stillness.

🌲 FORESTNestle into the mossy forest floor beneath the trees and let sound ripple through the woodland air. Root yourself in the embrace of nature and allow the frequencies to gently guide you back home to yourself.
