As the sounds move through the space, participants will be gently supported in hanging silks, creating the sensation of being held, floating, and weightless. Each tone and frequency offers a peaceful focal point, making it easier to quiet the mind, soften the body, and drift into a meditative state of relaxation, where the energy centers (chakras) and organ systems can be nurtured and restored.
