-You are 18 years or older
-You have no mobility issues affecting your ability to get onto and lie on a floating bed
-If you are pregnant, you have GP approval to attend
-You can swim unaided and are comfortable in a pool environment
-You have no serious medical conditions and have not had any recent surgery that poses a water-related risk
-You do not have a neurological condition affected by sound
-If you have epilepsy, you will wear a flotation device during the session
-You will not attend the session under the influence of alcohol and will follow the pool safety guidelines
