Join the City of Concord's aquatics staff for a Spooktacular fall-time event for he whole family! Splash around and pick out the perfect pumpkin in our shallow water short-course lanes. Once you have picked the best pumpkin in the patch, get dressed in your Halloween costume and head over to the grass area to decorate your pumpkin while enjoying spooktacular music, arts and crafts, and games. Pre-registration for this event is required. Children 8 years and under, and anyone wearing a Coast Guard-approved floatation device must be accompanied in the water by a legal guarding and within arm's reach at all times.
