Woodland Community Services is putting a new twist on its annual Floating Pumpkin Patch this fall. The event will be held on Saturday, October 24, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Woodland Aquatics Center, 2001 East Street.
This year, everyone is invited to swim with the pumpkins for free. No registration, pumpkin purchase, or time slot is required. Guests can come and enjoy the pool, floating pumpkins, crafts, complimentary goodie bags, and opportunities for fall-themed photos throughout the two-hour event.
Want to take a pumpkin home? The first 200 pumpkins will be available for purchase for just $8 each. Pumpkins are first come, first served, and both cash and card payments will be accepted. A pumpkin purchase is not required to participate in the event.
The Floating Pumpkin Patch is now a full two-hour event with no assigned timeframes, giving families more flexibility to come and enjoy the festivities. The event is also moving to Saturday, making it easier for families to participate and enjoy this unique fall tradition together.
