Experience floating in the weightlessness and support of a soft aerial hammock as your whole body is cocooned in the vibrations and healing frequencies of the Chau Gong and the Crystal Singing Bowls.

As you lay suspended in an aerial silk hammock floating Savasana, you'll close your eyes and surrender to stillness as you're guided through a brief, intentional, and relaxing meditation that will elevate the mind in to a deep meditative state just before the transportative and healing frequencies of the gong followed by the singing crystal bowls.

Resting comfortably in a crystalline sound warp, attendees will experience the magic of the frequencies and harmonies of the gong and crystal singing bowls moving underneath them and all around them and settle into an ultra relaxing brainwave state where healing can happen.

Sound healing works on a vibrational level to help remove disharmony and tension from your body, mind, and spirit while raising your energetic vibration and promoting relaxation, rejuvenation, and healing.
