Join us for Between Worlds—a two-hour sensory immersion where sound, scent, and ceremony come together to calm your body and awaken your spirit.
You’ll be gently suspended in silk hammocks while surrounded by live gongs, singing bowls, handpan, and a Celtic drum journey. With every soundwave, your fascia softens. Your breath deepens. Your mind finally quiets.
This is where tension leaves the body—without force. Where emotions move—without words. Where you feel held, not just physically, but emotionally.
We’ll work with plant medicine tinctures like Red Rose, Blue Lotus, Mugwort, and Hawthorn to support insight, grounding, and release. Essential oils help shift your internal state, inviting clarity, calm, and connection.
💫 You don’t need aerial experience. Just bring an open heart and let yourself be gently unravelled.

We recommend using one of the nearby long-stay car parks:
• NCP City Gates (SA1 1NW) – 3-min walk
• Quadrant Shopping Centre Car Park (SA1 3QR) – 5-min walk
• High Street Multi-Storey (SA1 1LP) – 8-min walk
On-street parking is available nearby but limited to 1 hour between 8AM–6PM—so not suitable for the full session.
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to find parking, settle in, and arrive calmly in the space.
