These sessions aim to promote tranquillity, calmness, and deep rest, allowing you to delve into a restorative state of sleep or meditation.

Enveloped by the soothing harmony of nature’s tunes, such as the delightful chirping of birds and views of the evening sky, you’ll be transported to a realm of peaceful summer evenings.
These adult only sessions will be hosted by Petersfield Lido and Sam from Sirenity Sound for The Soul.

Not suitable for attendees with Pace Makers fitted, Epilepsy, first Trimester of Pregnancy, severe mental illness or within 12 weeks of operation/surgery.
The airbeds we currently use have a weight limit of 150kg / 23 stone.
Please note that before booking there are strictly no refunds or transfers available for this event.
We may need to postpone the session if the weather forecast poor. You will receive a credit towards a future session.
