FLOATING - Aerial Full Moon Sound Bath

Suspended in soft aerial hammocks, you’ll be gently cradled above the ground as waves of sound move through & around your body. The Strawberry Full Moon symbolizes heart expansion & sweetness— making this a potent time to reconnect with your heart intentions.

Aerial Hammock creates a Cocoon-like environment, enhancing:

• Deep relaxation & nervous system regulation
• A sense of weightlessness and safety
• Emotional softening & stillness

Journey begins with Intention, Guided Meditation, Mantra, & then relax as Sounds of the bowls & hammocks help you surrender to deep rest. Instruments can be placed around the body, & directly on the body to feel the vibroacoustic therapy helping calm nervous system, mind, & spirit.
