Float & Flow: Restorative Yoga Flow & Sound Bath

Join us for Float & Flow, a unique evening of deep relaxation and renewal featuring restorative yoga led by Christa Elliott and a blissful pool floating sound bath guided by Sasha Munson.

We’ll begin with a grounding restorative yoga practice by Christa designed to release tension and calm the nervous system as the sun sets. After an assisted savasana, we offer the opportunity for guided reflection and inquiry meant to connect your body and mind. Then, drift into serenity as you float under the stars, immersed in the healing vibrations of a live singing bowl, rain stick, and vocal sound bath by Sasha. Bring your favorite float and allow the water to enhance the soothing effects of the sound healing experience. There will only 10 float tickets available, the rest of the tickets will cozy up around the pool on a blanket or mat.

Located in Jacksonville Beach, FL, this event is the perfect opportunity to unwind, reconnect with yourself, community, and embrace the magic of movement, stillness, and sound.
