Hayley Bond is a Principal, Business Center Practice Lead, Project Manager, and Senior Archaeologist in Stantec’s Environmental Services group. With over 20 years of experience, she has worked across British Columbia and Washington State in both the public and private sectors. A qualified permit holder, she leads provincially regulated archaeological assessments and works collaboratively with Indigenous Nations, providing practical regulatory and heritage resource management expertise.

Irvin is an Associate and Senior Design Engineer with PBX Engineering in Victoria, BC, and serves as Regional Municipal Utilities Lead across Vancouver Island. In this role, he oversees delivery standards and supports teams and clients through complex project challenges. With 16 years of experience, he is known for fostering collaboration, and aligning perspectives to keep projects moving forward.

Sandy Godwin, P.Eng., is the Director of Planning and Engineering at the Victoria Airport Authority, where he leads the airport’s capital program, including a major terminal expansion. With over 15 years of owner-side experience across airports, ferry terminals, and wastewater infrastructure, he has learned that conflict is often unavoidable but manageable with the right approach and a bit of patience.
