Exploring Your Inner System: Parts Work for Family Connection

Join Samara Liberman (RSW/MSW and counsellor at Sit With Us) and Lori Goldblatt (Life Cycle Doula, Celebrant and facilitator), a mother and daughter, both trained in parts work, for a 2-hour facilitated workshop.

You’ll be guided through experiential mindfulness and journaling activities based on parts work techniques, and offered space to reflect on your own internal and external family systems.

This is an opportunity for deep reflection, introspection and internal connection.
