Ready to build genuine connections, make playful memories, and maybe even meet someone special? All bodies, genders, identities, orientations, and expressions are celebrated and warmly welcomed.
Our friendly hosts will be there throughout the evening to help everyone feel comfortable, spark conversations, and create a fun, inclusive space where authentic connections can grow.
7:00 PM – Doors Open
The evening begins in our café area, where you can enjoy virgin or boozy shave ice made with handcrafted syrups using real fruit purée and organic cane sugar. We'll also have specialty cocktails, delicious fusion bites, and a fantastic food vendor pop-up serving up deliciou wings onsite.

7:30 PM – Community Circle
We'll move into our beautifully decorated event space featuring cozy seating, dim lighting, and carefully curated music.
We'll begin with a relaxed, guided circle where everyone is invited to share their name, pronouns (if they'd like), orientation (if they'd like), and one fun or unique fact about themselves.
This welcoming introduction helps everyone get acquainted, eases first-date jitters, and creates a safe, lighthearted atmosphere before the mingling begins.
Let the Mingling Begin!
To keep conversations fresh and engaging, our hosts will encourage everyone to switch groups every 10–15 minutes, giving you the chance to connect with lots of different people throughout the evening.
Each round, facilitators will introduce thoughtful conversation prompts to help move beyond small talk and create meaningful connections.
