Find great opportunities here in the San Francisco Bay Area and make a huge profit! We will tour properties no more than 70% of a property's estimated value after repairs (ARV). These are great opportunities to make hundreds of thousands of dollars! I have been in Real Estate for over 25 years and I have helped many buyers and have flipped a few homes myself!

We will tour a minimum of 4-5 properties primarily in San Francisco.

We will learn about the strategies on how to find them and to maximize your investment.

We will talk about ways that we can fund the loan. Have several sources.

We will look at properties that are under 1.5 million dollars.

Example A: Purchase property at $750000. $130000 for remodeling commissions and closing. Sell at $980000. Profit $100000.

Example B: Purchase property at $1000000. $200000 cost for remodeling commissions and closing. Sell at $1400000. Profit $200000.

Example C: Purchase property at $1400000. $300000 cost for remodeling commissions and closing. Sell at $2000000. Profit $300000.

We will meet first at my office at 1653 Irving Street at 10am. Tour should be done by 12pm. We could do Q&As for another hour after talking about the houses.
