This one hour lesson is for you advanced/confident pool swimmers who would like to master the art of performing flip/tumble turns.Being able to swim in a pool continuously and not having to stop after each length to turn around will help improve your swimming in so many ways and take your swimming to the next level.
When swimming in open water you don't stop every 25m for an extra breath, so adding these turns to your pool sessions will assist your open water swimming too.
Performing flip/tumble turns will :
Build your swim confidence in pool and open water.
Allow you to swim without interruptions.
Allow you not to break the rhythm of your stroke.
Will help your breathing and efficiency.
You will swim faster.
Improve your swim fitness.
